Welcome to BestDeals Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, cashback services, and all related features.

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "User": Any person who accesses or uses the Platform
  • "Account": Your personal registration on the Platform
  • "Cashback": The percentage of commission we share with you for qualifying purchases

2. Eligibility and Registration

  • Have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts
  • Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform
  • Provide accurate and current information

2.2 Account Creation

  • You may only create one account per person
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not transfer your account to another person

3. Cashback Program

3.1 How It Works

  1. You browse products on our Platform
  2. You click an affiliate link to go to Amazon
  3. You complete a purchase on Amazon
  4. You submit your order number for verification
  5. We verify the purchase with Amazon
  6. We credit the cashback to your account

3.2 Cashback Rates

Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the commission we receive from Amazon:

  • Base rate: 2% of the product price
  • Rates may vary depending on product category and Amazon Associates policies
  • Tier bonuses apply based on your verified purchase history

3.3 Loyalty Tier System

Silver 10 - 49 +5% on base rate
Gold 50+ +10% on base rate

We reserve the right to modify rates and tiers with prior notice. Changes will not affect already credited cashback.

3.4 Conditions for Valid Cashback

For a purchase to qualify for cashback:

  • It must be made within 24 hours of clicking our link
  • It must not be canceled or returned
  • It must comply with Amazon Associates program terms
  • It cannot be a purchase of excluded products (gift cards, certain digital products, etc.)
  • It cannot be associated with another affiliate account

3.5 Exclusions

Cashback will not be granted for:

  • Self-purchases made with intent to defraud
  • Canceled or returned orders
  • Products excluded by Amazon Associates
  • Purchases made without using our links
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

4. Verification and Withdrawals

4.1 Verification Process

  • You must submit the exact Amazon order number
  • We verify with Amazon that the purchase is valid and attributed to us
  • The process normally takes 24-48 business hours
  • We may request additional information if necessary
  • Verification may take longer during high-demand periods

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

  • Minimum balance: $15 USD (or equivalent)
  • Verified account: Your email must be confirmed
  • Payment information: You must provide a valid PayPal address or cryptocurrency wallet

4.3 Payment Methods

  • PayPal: Transfer to your verified PayPal account
  • Cryptocurrency: USDT via TRC-20 network

Processing times vary by method. PayPal is normally processed in 1-3 business days. Crypto transfers may take up to 24 hours.

4.4 Fees

We do not charge fees for withdrawals. However, third-party fees may apply (such as network fees for cryptocurrency or PayPal fees).

5. User Conduct

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform to:

  • Make legitimate purchases through our links
  • Claim cashback for valid purchases
  • Access your user panel and manage your account

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Create multiple accounts to obtain more cashback
  • Submit false or manipulated orders
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Attempt to manipulate the referral or tier system
  • Publicly share modified affiliate links
  • Make systematic purchases and returns to obtain cashback
  • Any activity that violates Amazon Associates terms
  • Use the Platform for illegal activities

5.3 Consequences of Violations

If you violate these terms, we may:

  • Suspend or cancel pending cashback
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Withhold funds related to fraudulent activity
  • Report illegal activities to authorities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of BestDeals Hub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content
  • Use our trademarks without written authorization
  • Reverse engineer our software
  • Extract data automatically (scraping)

7. Third-Party Content

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

8.2 Limitation of Damages

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount of cashback you have earned in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestDeals Hub from any claims, damages, losses, liability, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Any fraudulent activity on your part

10. Modifications

10.1 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance through:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Prominent notice on the Platform

10.2 Acceptance of Changes

Your continued use of the Platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Platform.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time. Verified pending cashback will be paid if you reach the withdrawal minimum. Unverified cashback will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • If Amazon Associates terminates our participation in the program
  • For any reason, with 30 days prior notice

11.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account. Unclaimed cashback may be withheld if fraud is suspected.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BestDeals Hub regarding the use of the Platform.
